Dokou Bauxite Co.

Summary

The Mount DOKOU bauxite concession consists of 475 km2 of rich bauxite concessions. The concession is located in Kinda and only 85 km from the ports in Conakry.

Concession - 475 km2

Estimated yield - +2 billion MT

During our exploration phase, we found significant deposits of high grade bauxite on Mount DOKOU.

Project Phases

Phase 1 - Pit Sampling

We took 5 core samples have been taken from 0 - 8 meters in depth. These samples indicated bauxite was rich at 2 meters and continued getting richer with depth. We had SGS Labs complete testing of the samples and confirmed they yielded up to 53% aluminum oxide.

Based on the location and yield of these samples, our geologists indicated there to be well in excess of 1 billion tons of reserve potential. Based on our numbers and case studies, its believed we can produce and export up to 20 millions tons of bauxite annually.

Phase 2- Core Drilling

We are preparing our core drilling plan to prove how much we have in reserves on Mount DOKOU. It is our goal to drill down 1,000 meters through the plateau.

Simultaneously we are:

Finalizing our logistics and exportation plans.

Finalizing negotiations for an off-take agreement which will allow us to secure a production financing advance

Phase 3 - Production

We continue development of the project with an annual production and export goal ramping to 20 million metric tons by 2021 / 2022 with anticipated annual revenues over $1 Billion USD.

Mount Dokou Plateau

This illustration is a side view of the plateau. From our pit samples, it was indicated the first 2 meters consisted of iron ore and beyond was rich Bauxite. As we dug deeper the samples yielded higher aluminum oxide percentages.

The flanks were immediately bauxite which indicates the mountain may be full of bauxite, otherwise it would consist of iron ore runoff from the cap. Geologists believe the majority of the mountain consists of bauxite and the reserves are vast.

Bauxite Reserve Projection

This diagram is an over simplified model to indicate how much we may have in reserves on the cap of Mount DOKOU. Sections A,B,C at 10 meters in depth is 2.72 billion m3 in volume.

The entire mountain which is yet to be explored measures 1,100 meters in depth.
